T-shaped 3 mm steel plate with 300 mm arms for timber connections in three directions. Matt black RAL 9005 finish, with holes for M12 bolts and timber screws.

LuxShade T Plate is a flat steel connector for a three-way timber joint, such as a post meeting a horizontal beam or a cross beam joining a main beam. Its visible matte black finish creates a clean detail on pergolas and canopies.

Choose your size

The plate is available with 100, 120 or 140 mm wide arms. Select the variant to match the width of the timber members. Check the dimensional image for the selected size before ordering.

Applications and installation

Suitable for intermediate joints in pergolas, canopies and timber frames. Align and temporarily secure the timber members, then position the plate and mark the holes. Select the grade, length and number of fasteners for the actual connection. A plate on the opposite face may be needed depending on the design. The fixing hardware shown in illustrations demonstrates the installation arrangement.
