Product origin

LuxShade metal connectors are manufactured in Bulgaria with controlled production, laser cutting, welding, zinc primer and powder coating. Product-specific materials and dimensions are stated on each product page.

What is included?

Bulgaria: selected pergola products are available as complete kits with cut timber and metal connectors.
Other EU markets: pergola kits generally contain metal connectors and fixing hardware only. Timber is not included unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.

A roof covering, shade fabric, foundations and installation are not included unless explicitly listed in the product description.

Processing and production times

Products in stock: dispatched within 2 working days after order confirmation.
Standard made-to-order products: manufactured within 10–15 working days.
Custom-size or custom-designed products: manufactured within up to 4 weeks after the specification and any required advance payment are confirmed.

These are processing and production times. Courier transit begins after dispatch.

Delivery

Bulgaria: delivery is normally made by Econt. Standard transit is usually 1–2 working days after dispatch.
European Union: standard transit is normally 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.

Large complete kits with timber may require individual transport arrangements. The delivery price is shown at checkout or confirmed before the order is accepted. Tracking information is sent after dispatch when available.
